• How do I become a member of Société Cachée? You automatically become a member when you buy your first box. You will then receive regular information from us about tastings, offers on boxes of individual wines or perhaps a greeting from one of our producers about what is coming in the next box.

• Does it cost anything to be a member? No, nothing beyond the price of the box itself.

• Can I skip a wine box without losing my membership? If for some reason you need to skip a box but still want to remain a member, email us at info@societechaee.se and we can look into it.

• When are the wine boxes delivered? Our mixed boxes arrive twice a year and we will notify you well in advance when they are delivered.

• Can I change the delivery address or delivery day? The delivery is handled by Bring but please contact us at info@societechaee.se and we can hopefully help you.

• Do you deliver throughout Sweden? Yep!

• What happens if I am not home when the delivery is made? The box will then be left at the nearest drop-off location where you can pick it up.

• Can anyone accept the box? No, as it is alcohol that is being delivered, you must accept the box and show identification that you are over 20 years old.

• Can I order the wine box for another person as a gift? Yes, as long as the person is over 20 years old and can receive the box in person and show identification.

• Can I know in advance which wines are included in the box? Yes, we will send out lots of information and materials from the producers with which wines are included, how they are made and what you can eat with them.

• How are the wines selected? We travel to Europe twice a year, to different areas, and meet winemakers we think you and we will want to drink wine from. We then buy a larger quantity back home, which is then repackaged with wines from other winemakers and sent out.

• Will the same wines return in future boxes? We really want your feedback on email and social media. Bombard us with which wines you liked and which you didn't, which will help us improve even further.

• What do I do if I don't like a wine? Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange individual wines, so in the worst case scenario, you will have to cook sauce on it.

• Will I get information about each wine, e.g. producer, grape, serving tips? Yes, you will have a solid grasp of everything.

• How do the wine tastings in Stockholm work? We will send out invitations twice a year with a time and place where you will have the opportunity to try all the wines together with the rest of us in the group.

• Can I bring a friend to the test? Yes, you will have the option if you want to bring a friend with you.

• Will you have events in other cities in the future? Hopefully! We want to have as many as we can so that more people have access to better and more affordable wine, so it would be great to do tastings in more cities

• Does it cost anything to participate in the test? No, it is included in the membership

• How do I pay for the wine box? The wine box is paid for via debit card, credit card, Klarna or Swish.

• Can I pay in installments? We currently do not have our own installment payment option, but it is offered through payment partners such as Klarna.

• Will I receive a receipt or invoice for the purchase? Yes, it will be emailed to me with every purchase, but otherwise you can email us at info@societechaee.se and we can look it up.

• Can I buy individual bottles instead of a whole box? We will be offering all members the option to buy 6-packs of specific bottles that we have selected and purchased extra. It will be on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.
